Are You Oil Pulling?

It's so effortless. Just swish coconut oil around your mouth (like you would mouthwash) first thing in the morning while making your bed, packing your lunch, and making your juice/smoothies for the day. Then spit it out in the trash. Voila! Oil pulling.

 

Coconut oil is anti-microbial, kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi. 

A few more benefits include:

  • reduces bacteria in the mouth

  • reduces migraines and headaches

  • increases oral health

  • reduces plaque on the teeth

  • reduces bad breath

  • decreases joint pain and stiffness

  • reduces liver and kidney stress

  • reduces chemical load

  • reduces risk of gum disease

  • whitens teeth

  • increases mental awareness

  • increases overall physical health

 

I add peppermint oil to mine to make it minty fresh. After a couple of weeks of oil pulling I was asked by multiple people if I bleached my teeth. Such a simple way to detox with big results!
